About the role :

As part of the Analyst Studio team at ThoughtSpot, you’ll help shape the future of how data teams transform raw information into actionable intelligence. Analyst Studio is a collaborative data platform that empowers users to seamlessly prepare data for AI, perform ad hoc analysis, and manage data and costs all within a single, integrated experience.

In this role, you’ll contribute to building and scaling the platform’s core capabilities, including data preparation for AI, integrated analytics workflows, advanced analytics with R and Python notebooks, and data management and cost optimisation. Your work will directly impact how organisations turn complex data into meaningful insights and business outcomes.

What you'll do :

• Development of complex projects in Java, postgreSQL, SQS, Dynamo DB
• Design and implement scalable backend systems that process and manage large volumes of customer data
• Analyse and improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our backend stack
• Write robust code and write functional, performance, and system test suites
• Utilise AWS services to build robust cloud-based solutions
• Work as a member of a team, helping the team respond quickly and effectively to business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality products
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges
• Stay current with AI trends and incorporate them into our solutions
