Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition with 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment exclusively. The role focuses on hiring IT talent across AI, ML, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, Product Engineering, and Software Development. This is an SLA-driven role that requires ownership, collaboration with management, and flexible working hours to address urgent and high-priority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closures.
- Build pipelines for immediate and client requirements.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
- Partner with engineering, product, and delivery leadership to forecast hiring needs.
- Provide daily / weekly dashboards and ensure SLA adherence.
- Take full ownership of hiring processes, including urgent IT requirements.
- Collaborate with management to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely closure.
- Drive continuous sourcing innovation and process improvements.

8+ years in IT Talent Acquisition (mandatory).Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT roles across multiple technologies.Proven track record of SLA-driven hiring delivery.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Ability to mentor and lead a high-performing recruitment team.Strong command of sourcing platforms : LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.Additional Expectations
