Key Responsibilities -
Conduct field visits to identify potential clients and promote solar solutions
Apply strategic sales techniques to convert prospects into customers
Educate customers and clients on solar products, benefits, ROI, cost savings, and government incentives
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sale support
Track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
Candidate Requirements -
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in solar or energy-related sectors
Strong mathematical skills to explain savings, ROI, and system sizing
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Must own a personal vehicle for field travel
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about renewable energy
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
Additional Desirable Skills or Certifications :
Certification in Sales & Marketing, Renewable Energy, or Solar PV Systems
Basic understanding of solar technology, energy savings calculations, and government subsidy schemes
Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for cost estimation and ROI analysis
