About the Role :

We’re hiring a Pre-sales Associate (BDA) to join our Inside Sales team.

If you love talking to people, enjoy helping customers make informed decisions, and can hit consistent daily activity targets, this role is for you. You’ll be the first point of contact for our leads, qualifying them, understanding their goals, and booking appointments for our sales closers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make 150+ outbound calls daily and maintain 2.5+ hours talk time .
  • Engage inbound leads via WhatsApp, calls, and email promptly.
  • Qualify prospects based on need, fit, and readiness to buy.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the closing team.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (Leadsquared) and update trackers daily.
  • Follow up on pending calls, payment reminders, and post-call actions.
  • Report daily metrics and outcomes to the Sales Manager.

Experience :

  • 6 months – 2 years in Inside Sales, Tele-calling, Pre-Sales, or Lead Generation.
  • Prior experience of dialing 150+ outbound calls daily and maintaining 2.5+ hours of talk time.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, Consulting, Coaching, or SaaS preferred.
  • Skills :

  • Excellent English communication (spoken + written).
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Target-driven and highly organized.
  • Behavioral Traits :
