Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Human Resources Manager,

who can lead our HR operations and people strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of structure, empathy, and professionalism to manage recruitment, performance systems, employee engagement, and compliance — ensuring Skill Stork continues to be a vibrant, value-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for academic, administrative, and support teams.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.

Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, PF / ESI compliance, and employee documentation.

Implement and monitor performance management systems.

Coordinate training programs and professional development workshops.

Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and policy enforcement with fairness and transparency.

Maintain HR analytics and dashboards for decision-making.

Partner with the leadership team on HR strategy and organisational development.

What We’re Looking For

10 years of experience in HR, preferably in an educational or service-sector organisation.

MBA / PGDM in HR or Equivalent qualification

Strong understanding of HR operations, labour laws, and HRMS / ERP platforms.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, empathy, and discipline simultaneously.

A proactive, process-driven, and people-oriented mindset.
