Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Representative or Associate Sales Manager located in Mumbai. Pre sales Team will be 1st point of Contact with Clients to convert leads into Walkins and The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their property requirements, providing property tours, handling negotiations, and closing sales. Both the role also involves maintaining relationships with developers and clients, keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends, and participating in sales meetings and training sessions. They will also be expected to utilize technology to manage leads and sales processes efficiently.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship building
Sales and negotiation skills, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to understand and utilize real estate market trends and data
Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude towards achieving goals
Prior experience in real estate or sales is advantageous
Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
