Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for generating sales through calling customers and developing opportunities for the sales team through given sales leads.
- Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly.
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers- Understanding the need of customers and offering solutions accordingly.
- Auditing the leads and expanding the customer base through referral generations.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback, market research and keeping up to date with new products launches.

- Excellent communication skills
- Good at customer follow-up
- Should keep the record of feedback-mails / phones
- Experience in brand promotion, pre sales would be added advantage
