Here at Findex, we’re rebuilding our Performance & Rewards function to be stronger, simpler, and more impactful.

We’re hiring a Reward & Performance Business Partner —a role that focuses on executing key programs while contributing to strategic design..You’ll help shape structure out of ambiguity, write the playbook as we go, and ensure executional excellence.

This is a hybrid role reporting into our Head of Reward and Performance.

What your week will look like

  • Partner with the Group Head of Performance & Reward to deliver key strategic initiatives through high-quality execution.
  • Play an integral role in embedding performance and reward frameworks that are practical, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Help steer the enhancement and optimisation of our Pay & Reward system (experience with Oracle HCM will be highly regarded).
  • Contribute to a range of activities including partner promotions, role benchmarking, compliance reviews, and process automation initiatives to drive efficiency and strengthen governance.

    You are someone with…

  • Broad experience in reward operations and execution, including advising senior leaders in medium to large, complex organisations.
  • Experience with remuneration system design and implementation.
  • Experience in short-term incentive design and operational delivery.
  • Familiarity with performance management frameworks and their integration with reward.
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarking tools and methodologies.
  • Industry experience in financial or professional services (preferred but not essential).
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • End-to-end ownership of reward solution design, development, and implementation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence decision-making through data and insight.
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment, adjusting priorities as business needs change.
