🔧 What You’ll Do
- Provide L1 / L2 / L3 application support for production environments built on .NET and Microservices architecture.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues reported by internal teams or external clients.
- Manage and track support tickets using standard tools, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring production issues.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure smooth product releases and patches.
- Utilize SQL for data validation, issue analysis, and performance optimization.
- Apply OOPs principles and design patterns while analyzing and improving system reliability.
- Support front-end components built with Angular or React .
- Use GenAI tools to enhance troubleshooting efficiency, automate analysis, and assist in issue documentation or RCA generation.
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and share insights with the wider engineering and support teams.
🧠 What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or related field.1–4 years of hands-on experience in .NET application support or product support roles .Strong experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and production support .Good understanding of Microservices architecture and API integrations .Solid skills in OOPs, SQL, and design patterns .Experience working with Angular or React front-end applications.Familiarity with incident management tools (like JIRA, ServiceNow, or Zendesk).Strong communication and client-handling abilities for managing customer or product tickets effectively.Exposure to or active use of GenAI tools for automation, RCA, and ticket analysis.⭐ Preferred Skills
Experience in Ecommerce product environments .Knowledge of cloud services (Azure / AWS) and deployment pipelines.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like ELK, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
