Job description

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Maintenance

  • Provide functional and technical support for the Calypso platform .
  • Perform Run the Bank (RTB) and Change the Bank (CTB) functions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

Business Interaction & Query Resolution

  • Work closely with business users to address and resolve queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality.
  • Assist in requirement gathering and issue analysis to enhance platform capabilities.

    • Continuous Improvement & Strategic Initiatives

  • Contribute to strategic bank initiatives aimed at enhancing Calypso capabilities .
  • Drive continuous learning and improvement in processes.
  • Work on modern Continuous Integration (CI) processes and toolchains .

    • Shift & Support Coverage

  • Participate in a rotational afternoon shift to ensure 24 / 7 support coverage.

    • Required Skills & Experience

    Technical & Functional Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in Calypso production support .
  • Hands-on experience in FX (Foreign Exchange) and MM (Money Market) products .
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with Continuous Integration (CI) processes .

    • Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team .
  • Proactive approach to learning and process improvement .

    • Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Calypso development / customization .
  • Experience with automation in production support .
  • Knowledge of cloud-based deployment and monitoring tools .
