About the Role :

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment within the warehousing industry . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and hiring quality talent, while ensuring a strong pipeline for business-critical roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions.
• Source candidates through various source mixes like job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers / stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
• Specific exposure in warehouse and campus hiring would be a plus
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on organizational fit.
• Drive recruitment for volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing / logistics functions.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and ensure adherence to TAT.
• Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
