As an Associate Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training to understand sales techniques, acquire in-depth product knowledge, and actively support sales transactions, contributing to the overall success of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
• Cater to customer requirements by showcasing products and influencing their buying decisions to secure sales.
• Learn and understand sales procedures and acquire comprehensive product knowledge about our diverse jewelry collections.
• Observe experienced sales representatives and emulate their effective sales management processes to meet set targets.
• Proactively assist Sales Executives and other managers to drive continuous improvement in sales performance.
• Assist customers with post-sale services, including sales returns or repair work.
• Calculate and prepare estimates for products selected by customers during sales transactions.
• Strive to achieve category-wise sales targets for the allocated section and suggest solutions to enhance store profitability.
• Learn billing procedures and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
• Assist in counting and tallying of stock on a daily basis, recording opening and closing stock for the allotted section.
• Transfer stock to the locker daily and ensure that all ornaments are handled with utmost care and security.
