About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Pre-Sales Associate to join our Rental & Resale vertical at BelleVie by Lodha Group .

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers- engaging, qualifying, and scheduling property visits while building a strong lead pipeline for the on-ground sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects from campaigns, portals, and referrals.
• Qualify leads based on budget, location, and property preferences.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for Relationship Associates.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding the company’s services, available properties, and packages.
• Maintain lead history, notes, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

Candidate Requirements

Real Estate experience preferred.
