Description : About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Revenue Cloud Expert to lead end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations for our enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate will be both technically proficient and client-facing, capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management).
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to design and implement seamless subscription and revenue management experiences on Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership
- Act as the primary Salesforce Revenue Cloud consultant during client discovery, design, and delivery phases.
- Conduct requirement workshops with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to gather and refine Quote-to-Cash and CLM needs.
- Present solution options, architecture diagrams, and best practices to business and IT stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables align with scope, budget, and timeline.
Solution Design & Implementation
Architect and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and CLM.Implement complex pricing, discounting, and approval workflows to support dynamic product catalogs and bundled offers.Design contract lifecycle flows - from quote generation through contract negotiation, signature, and renewal.Enable subscription-based business models including amendments, renewals, upgrades, and usage-based billing.Technical & Integration Expertise
Work with technical teams to implement Apex, LWC, and Flow-based automation supporting QTC processes.Integrate Salesforce with ERP, Payment, Tax, and CLM systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Avalara, DocuSign CLM, Conga CLM).Partner with middleware teams (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) for seamless synchronization of financial and contract data.Troubleshoot and optimize CPQ / Billing performance, data integrity, and process automation.Collaboration & Governance
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end delivery quality.Document functional and technical designs, configuration guides, and client-facing materials.Provide enablement, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for client users and administrators.Participate in pre-sales or proposal support when required, helping shape the solution approach.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Salesforce Certifications (preferred) :
Salesforce Certified CPQ SpecialistSalesforce Billing SpecialistSalesforce Revenue Cloud ConsultantSalesforce CLM or DocuSign / Conga CLM certification (advantageous)Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management.Proven expertise implementing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) - including contract creation, approval, and e-signature integrations.Strong knowledge of Subscription-based business models, including renewals, amendments, and recurring billing.Understanding of Revenue Recognition standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15).Ability to bridge functional and technical discussions in client-facing workshops.Strong command of Flows, Apex, REST APIs, and custom automation.Preferred Experience :
Prior consulting or delivery experience with a Salesforce Partner or Implementation Firm.End-to-end delivery of Revenue Cloud solutions for B2B SaaS, Financial Services, or Manufacturing clients.Familiarity with Salesforce B2B Commerce + CPQ integration.Hands-on integration experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Tax engines (Avalara, Vertex).(ref : hirist.tech)
