Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs.
- Source high-quality candidates through various channels : LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal databases & referrals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired and hard-to-fill roles in consumer electronics & Mobile div.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate fit based on role requirements.
- Responsible for Scheduling interviews and getting a final selection completed.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and pre onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
- Work with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for effective sourcing and pipeline management.
- Track and report sourcing metrics : conversion rates, time-to-source, and talent pool quality.
