Role Overview and Opportunity
Transformation Delivery @ EY provides a rewarding career targeted toward becoming a professional in complex business technology and infrastructure transformations. Our team is looking for a Scrum Master to support the range of clients we serve.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Ownership
- Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with client and business objectives.
- Lead strategy engagements helping clients design target operating models governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps.
- Stay informed on market trends and regulatory developments relevant to product delivery.
Backlog & Delivery Management
Stakeholder Collaboration
Cross-Functional Leadership
Compliance & Governance
Qualifications :
Education
Graduates / BE - B. Tech / MCA
Certification
CSPO / PSPO / SAFe POPM (plus)
