We’re looking for
bold, driven Data Product Managers
with strong Systems Analyst / Lead Data Analyst experience who thrive in high-impact, zero-to-one environments. This isn’t just another product role—it’s a chance to define, build, and scale data products for a global enterprise that will truly transform how business operates. No fluff!
THE GIG :
Take data products from ideation to scale, defining roadmaps, prioritizing features and driving business value.
Product Discovery :
Lead and facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document detailed functional requirements for data products initiatives.
Road mapping & Strategy :
Maintain at least half yearly roadmap on a continuous basis by translating complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable data product requirements, specifications and user stories. Bring your own feature ideas to fruition by demonstrating value to users.
Hands on analysis : At ease in conducting thorough analysis of existing datasets, source systems and business processes to build deep functional understanding of data and build PRDs for data products.
Stakeholder Leadership :
Partner with executives, internal and external tech teams and business teams to align data products with company goals.
Domain Ownership :
Own data domains end to end.
Delivery –
Be accountable for the delivery of the data products and features within budget and at speed.
Required Experience and Skills – Our Must Haves :
A product-minded seasoned data expert with experience in big data, advanced SQL and modern data stacks (Snowflake preferred).
6-8 years of experience
out of which at least 4 years of solid experience as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst or Lead Data Analyst (non-insights role) in Retail / Finance / Supply chain domain preferably in fashion & apparel.
Must have deep domain knowledge in at least one area – Consumer, Product, Finance, Supply Chain Ops, Merchandising.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Nice to have :
Ability to collaborate with Data engineers and deep dive into data pipelines to understand and extract business and technical logics.
Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Miro.
Knowledge of any scripting language for data manipulation or automation
Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for validation and understanding data structures, not for generating business insights.
