What’s the role?

Being passionate and experienced in outstanding patient care, you will be able to provide quality healthcare services to the Alice Springs community, while having the opportunity to improve health outcomes by working in a unique region of Australia.

• Provide clinical services in a respectful manner, being culturally aware of client’s practices and beliefs
• Deliver healthcare in a manner that respects clients as central decision makers in their health care
• Experience and treat unique chronic and tropical diseases
• Actively encourage preventative healthcare
• Teaching / Supervision of medical students / junior doctors / GP registrars

What do you need to apply?

• Current Specialist AHPRA Registration being a Fellow of ACRRM or RACGP
• Accredited GP Supervisor status highly desired
• Minimum of 2-5yrs experience in general practice
• Experience in Aboriginal health with cultural awareness an advantage

NT PHN / RWA NT may be able to offer support and financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
