Role Overview
The HR Executive will support core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. This role is ideal for fresher candidates who are looking to grow into a full-cycle HR professional.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Prepare offer letters and support joining formalities
- Conduct induction and onboarding coordination
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HRMS updatesTrack attendance, leave, and shift schedulesCoordinate with payroll team for monthly payroll inputsDraft HR letters (offer, confirmation, appraisal, exit)Employee Engagement & Support
Act as first-level HR point of contact for employee queriesSupport employee engagement activities and HR initiativesAssist in resolving employee grievances under guidancePerformance Management
Support appraisal and performance review cyclesMaintain performance documentation and reportsAssist in learning and development activitiesCompliance & Policy Support
Assist in maintaining HR policies and SOPsSupport statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, etc. – if applicable)Ensure adherence to company HR processesExit & Offboarding
Support resignation process and exit formalitiesCoordinate exit interviews and documentationAssist in full and final settlement processRequired Skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor lawsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational and coordination skillsAbility to handle confidential informationProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS toolsQualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitmentPreferred Skills
