Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the entire jewellery production process from start to finish.
• Create daily / weekly production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Supervise all stages of jewellery making – casting, filing, setting, polishing, plating, and finishing.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage of production.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and planning teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor manpower, machinery, and material requirements to optimize resources.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity.
• Lead, train, and guide the production team to achieve targets.
• Prepare and share regular production reports and performance updates.
