Job Summary :

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders across various departments.Effectively manage expectations, communicate progress, and present project outcomes at executive levels.Budget & Resource Optimization :
Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring financial prudence and optimal resource allocation.Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.Complex Problem Solving :
Analyze and resolve intricate business and operational challenges that arise during project lifecycles.Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.Change Management & Adoption :

Establish and enforce robust project governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and best practices.Continuously seek to optimize project management processes for greater efficiency and predictability.Required Skills & Qualifications :
10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on managing large-scale, strategic, and cross-functional business projects (e.g., new product launches, organizational restructuring, M&A integrations, large-scale process improvements).Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects with significant business impact.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams without direct authority.Superior communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and return on investment (ROI) calculations.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and business intelligence tools.Expertise in strategic planning, business process re-engineering, and organizational development.Ability to think critically, make data-driven decisions, and demonstrate strong business judgment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.Preferred Skills :
