Job Summary :
The Marketing Team Leader guides and manages the marketing team. This role involves planning campaigns, tracking performance, coordinating with departments & vendors, and ensuring the team meets business goals through strong marketing execution both online and offline media.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Lead, guide, and manage daily operations of the marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination across functions.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for brand awareness, outlet openings, and special projects.
- Develop new concepts and strategies for both digital and print media based on trends, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of creative materials.
- Monitor individual and team performance, assign tasks with clear deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
- Analyze team performance regularly and share actionable feedback to improve efficiency and output.
- Track and analyze campaign results to measure success, ROI, and areas of improvement.
- Ensure all campaigns and communications strictly follow brand guidelines and tone.
- Manage budgets for all marketing activities including digital ads, print materials, events, and influencer partnerships.
- Control and resolve on-ground marketing challenges and ensure quick turnarounds.
- Maintain professional relationships with franchisees, influencers, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly / monthly marketing reports and share with the management team.
- Stay updated with current marketing trends and competitor strategies; prepare competitor analysis reports.
- Guide, support, and encourage the team to work better and stay focused on company goals.
- Create executing plans — from planning the idea to getting results.
- Make sure all tasks, resources, and timelines are well-managed and completed on time of team as well as individual team.
Skills & Qualifications :
Educational Qualifications : Graduate in Marketing, Business Management, MBA.Experience in Domain : 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.Strong Understanding of : Online and offline marketing .Campaign planning and execution, Branding and team management, Food Industry in Marketing role.Excellent Communication in : Marathi, Hindi & EnglishInterpersonal Skills : Presentation Skills, Conflicts Handling, Negotiation SkillsOther Skills : Drafting SkillsFamiliarity with Software Tools : Google Sheets, MS Office, Google My Business (GMB), Social Media & Ad Platforms (Facebook / Instagram), ERP,MS Office, MS Outlook.Working Hours / Days : Monday to Saturday | 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM
