• Craft and execute a Group Data & Analytics Strategy that unifies institutions.
• Architect a modern, cloud-based data warehouse (Azure preferred).
• Connect the dots across SMS, CRM, LMS, and ERP platforms.
• Deliver executive dashboards, KPIs, and predictive insights that drive enrolment and retention.
• Champion data governance, compliance, and integrity.
• Inspire and mentor a high-performing Data & Analytics team.

• Senior leadership experience in Data/BI within Higher Education.
• Mastery of enterprise data architecture and cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of student lifecycle data models.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to turn vision into execution across diverse institutions.
