Position Overview

We're looking for MBA (Finance) or master's in related fields freshers who want to build a long-term career in Australian mortgage processing and financial services outsourcing . You'll be trained to work closely with Australian mortgage brokers, managing client documentation, loan assessments, and settlement coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, review, and validate client documents (income proofs, ID, statements, etc.).
• Enter and verify data in lender and CRM systems (e.g., ApplyOnline, Mercury, BrokerEngine).
• Assist in preparing loan applications and supporting files for submission.
• Communicate with brokers via email / chat to clarify missing or incorrect information.
• Track applications through approval, conditional approval, and settlement stages.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Australian credit standards.
