Role : MIS & WFM Analyst

Location : Perungalathur

Shift : Flexible to work in night shifts

Role Purpose

• Must have 3+ years of experience in MIS / WFM.
• Deliver timely, accurate, high-quality MIS reports and dashboards.
• Work hands-on with WFM processes including basic scheduling.
• Support internal and external Theatre stakeholders with meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with management to understand business information needs.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
