- Analyze large and complex datasets related to financial transactions, customer behavior, fraud incidents, and payment disputes to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns.
- Monitor and evaluate data for anomalies, unusual patterns, and emerging fraud trends, taking proactive measures to address potential risks.
- Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports that highlight key performance metrics, trends, and insights for executive leadership and operational teams.
- Create standardized and ad-hoc reports that provide actionable insights to business leaders, guiding strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Work with Sales team to provide ROI for the new clients & ensure ROI committed for various business requirements are tracked and presented.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, marketing, client success, and product development, to identify opportunities for process improvements based on data insights.
