Highly capable and intellectually sharp B-School graduates, functioning in the capacity of a Business Analyst. Demonstrating expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong command over advanced data analysis, visualization, and presentation techniques. Adept at translating complex business data into actionable insights using structured thinking. Demonstrating effective communication skills to be able to convey clearly, influence stakeholders, and present data-driven narratives & trends with impact across diverse audiences.

• Analyze large and complex datasets related to financial transactions, customer behavior, fraud incidents, and payment disputes to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns.
• Monitor and evaluate data for anomalies, unusual patterns, and emerging fraud trends, taking proactive measures to address potential risks.
• Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports that highlight key performance metrics, trends, and insights for executive leadership and operational teams.
• Create standardized and ad-hoc reports that provide actionable insights to business leaders, guiding strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Work with Sales team to provide ROI for the new clients & ensure ROI committed for various business requirements are tracked and presented.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, marketing, client success, and product development, to identify opportunities for process improvements based on data insights.
