Job Summary :

We are seeking a strategic and analytical

Senior Manager – FP&A

to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis initiatives. This role will partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize financial performance, and support long-term strategic growth. The ideal candidate combines deep financial expertise with business acumen and strong communication skills.

What you’ll be responsible for?

Lead the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.

Collaborate with business units to understand financial drivers and align financial plans with business strategies.

Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.

Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

Partner with accounting and business teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls.

Prepare and present monthly / quarterly financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to leadership.

Drive automation and efficiency in FP&A processes using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Anaplan.

Monitor key KPIs and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

What you’d have?

Must be a

CA

Post qualification

6-8 years

of relevant FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance experience.

Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
