is Hiring : Senior Marketing Finance Analyst | Leading Cybersecurity Firm

Are you a numbers-driven professional with a sharp eye for marketing ROI?

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Marketing Finance Analyst to join our team at one of the world’s top cybersecurity companies.

Location : Hybrid – 3 days / week in-office

⏱️ Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days (preferred)

Nature : Contract to hire (C2H)

Contract Duration : 12 months (with potential extension based on performance)

Experience : 5+ years in FP&A or Marketing Finance

What You'll Do :

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the global marketing organization

Analyze marketing campaign spend, conduct variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights

Partner with senior marketing leaders to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies

Present financial performance and trends to stakeholders

Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy in tools like Allocadia and Ariba

Drive process improvements and automation across marketing finance workflows

✅ What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in a marketing finance function

Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

Strong communication skills – ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences

Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines

Education : Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field ( B.Com , MBA,

M.Com

preferred)

Bonus : Knowledge of Indian GAAP and local financial regulations
