About the Role :

The Learning Support Specialist serves as both a subject matter expert and mentor, playing a pivotal role in the learning experience. You will guide learners through their educational journey in programs focused on one or more areas including machine learning, artificial intelligence, data engineering, data science, and data analytics, supporting learners from beginners to career-advancing professionals.

Day-to-day, you will :

• Respond to learner questions with clear, actionable guidance
• Provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects
• Break down complex technical concepts into digestible explanations
• Mentor learners at varying experience levels, ensuring each feels supported and motivated
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify course improvements
• Help resolve delivery challenges and escalations
