Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Student Advisor (Study Abroad) located in Kozhikode. The Senior Student Advisor will be responsible for advising students on educational opportunities abroad, assisting with course and university selection, and providing guidance on visa procedures and scholarship options. Day-to-day tasks include student counseling, communicating with students and their families, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Student Counseling and Education
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
