Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for User Support of associates across the enterprise (North America and Non-North America) via Support Mailboxes and Case
• Management Tools - Identifies requirements, resolves issues, provides user direction on system functionality and escalates more complex issues in compliance with defined SLAs.
• Supports COE project work and configuration changes / enhancements in Workday Time Tracking, Time Off and Absence.
• Acts as the Workday security administrator by adding / changing / deleting and reviewing user access; adds new fields, troubleshoots access and population issues, makes corrections and updates security profiles in accordance to SOX issue process; adds / changes / deletes and reviews user access that may feed other systems.
• Creates custom reports per business requirements such as tardiness, overtime costs, headcount, finance, payroll, HRMS legal reports, and ad-hoc.
• Responsible for the user testing of outstanding SOX issues, new time and attendance plans for HRMS system.
• Responsible for system upgrades and process adjustments based on client feedback and requirements. Collaborates with HR Business Partners and Managers in the business to create efficient HR processes.
• Operates as the liaison between internal and external auditors for SOX compliance issues.
• Sets up monthly processes within Workday process scheduler and monitors nightly completion; troubleshoots when problems occur with processes.
• Troubleshoots error reports received from third party systems; liaises with HR and third-party vendors to correct all Benefits, Payroll, and HCM interface errors.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
