​ Role Overview

​This is a full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad. The IT Recruiter will manage the full life-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding. Key responsibilities include IT and technical recruitment, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a robust candidate database to ensure a smooth hiring process at our offshore development center.

​ Key Qualifications

• ​3 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment is required.
• ​Proven expertise in Technical Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting.
• ​Strong understanding of hiring processes within the IT industry.
• ​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ​Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities effectively.
• ​Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
