About the Role :

Segula Technologies is inviting enthusiastic female MBA freshers to join our dynamic team as HRBP Interns in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hands-on exposure to HR Business Partnering
• Opportunities to work on live HR projects
• A pathway to transition into a full-time HRBP role based on performance
• Partner with HRBPs in delivering HR services across business units
• Support onboarding employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
• Conduct client site visits for engagement activities (feedback sessions events well-being drives)
• Prepare HR reports presentations and documentation for internal and client use
• Contribute to HR policy reviews and ensure compliance
