We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers practical experience in talent acquisition, HR administration, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and following up with candidates.
- Engage in sourcing activities such as cold calling and maintaining talent pipelines.
- Support onboarding by preparing orientation materials, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring smooth integration for new hires.
- Maintain Daily Attendance and keep it posted on time.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and internal communications.
- Support daily HR operations, including preparing reports.
Eligibility
Master's degree in Human Resource, or a related field.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools is a plus.2024 / 2025 / 2026 batch candidates are preferred.Click Here To Apply
