Receive audit requests and manage the complete audit booking processHandle booking emails and acknowledge audit requestsReceive, verify, and organize audit-related documentsConfirm all necessary information required for audit executionCreate audit events in EOL Online (Eurofins internal platform)Update scheme platforms such as ICS database and BSCI platformCommunicate with customers regarding booking clarifications or document requirementsCoordinate with accounting to request invoices for audits paid locallyAllocate auditors to audits based on scheme rules and Eurofins internal proceduresEnsure all audit bookings are processed accurately and within specified timelinesEscalate issues to the reporting manager if problems arise during booking or coordinationSend detailed weekly booking status reports to customers as requestedPrepare quotations for special audit cases based on pre-approved price structuresQualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, audit support, or related roles
- Familiarity with audit processes, platforms like ICS / BSCI, or certification schemes is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / CRM tools; experience with EOL Online is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
