Key responsibilities : - Leave Management Organizing team building and motivational activities Database tracking and management Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR and Admin. functions and duties Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) Employee Admin and payroll grievance management Employee master data management Full and final settlements Experience, relieving, joining, appraisal and other administrative letters Preparation of HR compliance documents Preparation of HR templates Preparation of HR policies and guidelines & ISO audit Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Skills and requirements : - Excellent communication and verbal skills. Problem solving capabilities Teamwork and collaboration. Learning mindset. Multitasking. Knowledge of Microsoft office, emails, meeting scheduling through calendar. Proactiveness & willing to continuously improve.
