Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Treasury Manager located in Thane.

1) Monitoring on Daily Bank Reconciliation 2) Monthly Stock Statement 3) Quarterly Financials Data Submission 4) Quarterly UFCE 5) Half Yearly Due Deligence Report 6) Yearly Stock Audit 7)Ensure Sufficient Stock Insurance 8)Ensure Insurance of Mortgaged Property 9) Data to be submitted at the time of Renewal of Working Capital 10) Data to be submitted at the time of Enhancement in Working Capital or Any New Borrowings 11) Knowledge of Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, LC discounting etc 12) Coordination with Panel Lawyers of Bank for Title Search Report if any 13) Coordination with Panel Valuer of Bank for Valuation of Mortgaged Property 14) Knowledge of Property Documents, Register Mortgage, Notice of Intimation, Stamp Duty etc 15) Knowledge of Inward And Outward Remittances 16) Knowledge of clearance of EDPMS, IDPMS Portal of RBI 17) Coordinate with Bankers for Daily Operations with Banks

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools, such as ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree / CA in Finance, Accounting,
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
