About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who will lead our brand's organic growth and digital presence while supporting performance marketing through ad creative development. This is a creative + execution-focused role with ownership of social media, content, influencer outreach, and website updates. The candidate will work closely with the founder and our external agency to ensure the brand grows consistently across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organic Growth & Social Media

• Build and manage the monthly content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads.
• Drive organic mentions through UGC (user-generated content) and barter deals with micro-

influencers.
