Job Opportunity : Federal Proposal Strategist
Lead a team to secure multimillion-dollar US government contracts by leveraging your GovCon expertise and developing effective bid capture and win strategies.
- Responsibilities :
- Qualify high-potential deals on SAM.gov, GSA eLibrary, and FedBizOpps, focusing on IT MSP services under 8(a), SDVOSB, and GSA 70 set-asides.
- Develop capture plans, conduct SWOT analyses, and orchestrate team efforts to build winning proposals from RFP teardowns to final reviews.
- Author and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with FAR / DFARS regs, ensuring compliance while highlighting our edge in IT MSP services.
- Collaborate with sales leads to refine pricing strategies, past performance narratives, and oral proposal prep—aiming for high win rates on targeted pursuits.
- Stay ahead of federal trends and recommend partnerships to expand our footprint.
What We're Looking For :
Proven Track Record :At least 8 years of experience in US federal proposal management or GovCon BD, with hands-on wins in IT services under SBA 8(a), SDVOSB, or GSA IT schedules.Technical Savvy :Deep knowledge of federal acquisition processes, including ORCA / FPDS reporting, price realism, and evaluation criteria.Strategic Mindset :Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex RFPs into compelling narratives; experience in agile proposal development for fast-turnaround deals.Communication Pro :Flawless business English, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and virtual teams.India-Based Remote Fit :Permanent resident in India, self-motivated for asynchronous work, and tech-equipped for secure remote operations.Competitive Compensation :
