Senior Financial Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Accountant to join our team in the development and maintenance of Sage Intacct.

This role is primarily focused on supporting month end financial reporting, year-end audits, and other finance-related activities as needed.

• Maintain and own the fixed assets and intangible assets ledger as well as build out the Fixed asset module in Sage Intacct.
• Ensure accuracy of monthly COGS reporting and analysis and other ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Build and update financial reports and dashboards in Sage.
• Administer invoice templates, vendors, customer records, project costing, payment approval process, inventory, and financial planning and analysis module.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of year-end audits by preparing required schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Vary subsidiary legal entity filing compliance.
• Provide process improvement suggestions and support those initiatives across various finance functions.
