Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate financial statements on time.
- Create transfer pricing workings for sister entities.
- Manage bank payments, AP invoices, and payroll for the Indian entity.
- Coordinate with internal teams for AP and tax-related activities.
- Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits timely.
- Close monthly books (BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization).
- Manage the FAR (Fixed Asset register) and reconcile it with the books of accounts.
- Review vendor ledgers and aging monthly.
- Prepare cash flow projections.
- Ensure financial statement accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements :
CA mandatory.3-5 years post qualification experience in a corporate environment.Experience in start-ups with global exposure is a plus.Knowledge of IndAS / IFRS required.Excellent MS – office skills (word, excel, PowerPoint).
