Drive full-cycle recruitment — from crafting job posts to welcoming new team members.

Build a smooth onboarding experience that makes every new hire feel part of something special.

Support performance review cycles and assist in career growth frameworks.

Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination with accuracy.

Plan and execute engagement initiatives that keep our teams motivated and connected.

Handle employee communication and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Keep HR policies updated and ensure smooth compliance processes.

Collaborate with management on people strategy and culture improvement.

Who You Are

You have at least 1 year of experience in HR operations, preferably in a digital or creative environment.

You’re organized, approachable, and driven by people growth.

You have excellent communication and multitasking skills.
