Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Mortgage to drive acquisition across the Mortgage and Loan Against Property (LAP) segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new business acquisition through open market channels and for building and maintaining a strong network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition in the Mortgage and LAP segments through open market sourcing.
- Maintain and manage a strong network of DSAs— minimum 10 active DSAs with regular business discussions.
- Handle end-to-end DSA management , including onboarding, engagement, relationship building, and performance tracking.
- Identify and empanel new DSAs to expand business reach.
- Ensure consistent lead flow, file discussion, and pipeline development through DSA channels.
Skills and Experience Required
Strong and in-depth knowledge of mortgage products, LAP, and related policies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Good understanding of local market trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape.Ability to build and sustain long-term DSA partnerships.
