Summary of the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to drive our B2B expansion across Banks, NBFCs, ARCs, and FinTechs. This is a high-visibility role for a seasoned professional who can build strong institutional partnerships, unlock new revenue streams, and shape the future of digital collections.

What You’ll Lead

• Sourcing loan portfolios (retail, SME, secured, unsecured) from financial institutions for internal collections.
• Driving business development, relationship management, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with collections and technology teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Leading a team of investment analysts for deal evaluation, performance tracking, and portfolio insights.
