Job Description – Chief Financial Officer Location : Ahmedabad Reporting To : Director / Board of Directors Role Overview : The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for steering financial strategy, governance, and risk management for a fast- growing infrastructure company with revenues exceeding ₹3000+ crores. The incumbent will drive financial discipline, operational efficiency, and investor confidence while enabling long-term sustainable growth across projects. Financial Planning & Control Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Ensure accurate MIS, project profitability analysis, and timely reporting for decision-making.
