We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, including digital campaigns, influencer marketing, content creation, social media management, and brand communications. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, paid ads, SEO / SEM, etc.).Plan, execute, and monitor - Google ads,Meta ads,Reddit ads ,LinkedIn AdsManage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms and LLM'sDrive influencer marketing initiatives — identify, onboard, and collaborate with relevant influencers to boost brand reach and engagement.Optimize for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Geo-targeted marketing) to improve visibility and relevance across local and conversational search platforms.Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.Leverage AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, Notion AI, etc.) for content creation, campaign optimization, and audience segmentation.Use marketing analytics and automation tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC), HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track and optimize performance.Implement A / B testing and conversion tracking strategies to improve campaign ROI.Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.Generate performance reports and actionable insights for leadership.Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation workflows.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a marketing role (preferably in a B2B or tech environment).Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer outreach, and performance analytics. Proficiency in :AI tools : ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, Notion AI, or equivalents.Analytics & tracking : Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC), Hotjar, or similar.Advertising : Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,Reddit ads.CRM & automation : HubSpot,factors.ai ,Zoom info.Familiarity with AEO, GEO, and influencer campaign management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Passion for learning and adopting new AI-driven marketing workflows.
