About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Looker Specialist to act as the subject-matter expert for all

Looker-related needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing LookML models, enhancing

dashboard performance, and collaborating with data engineering teams to ensure robust and scalable

analytics solutions using Google BigQuery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Looker (LookML development, dashboard design, and debugging).
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery — schema design and query optimization.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of dimensional data modeling.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and optimizing data pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to a fast-paced, data-driven organization preferred.
