Job descriptionStrong communication and presentation skills Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Negotiation and persuasion skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach Good knowledge of financial products / marketing strategies Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, FreshSales etc. Team player with problem-solving ability Good knowledge of financial products such as Mutual funds, Portfolio Management, Insurance, NPS etc.
Title : Relationship Manager
Location : Bhubaneswar
Experience : 2+ yrs
Salary : 21k + (Based on Experience)
Probation Period : 6 Months
Incentives : Performance-based
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain reports and update CRM systems with client interactions
