Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property & Documentation Field Executive based in Pune, with some work from home flexibility. The role involves managing daily documentation processes, preparing export documents, overseeing document management systems, and efficiently handling communication related to documentation tasks. The Field Executive will also ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of accuracy and organization in all documentation activities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Export Documentation and Documentation tasks
• Strong skills in Document Management and Communication
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple documentation tasks
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
