Job descriptionInclination to make a mark in the field of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) Excellent relationship management / people engagement skills Superior communication skills Ability to work in tight deadlines A very not so common attribute called “Common-sense” For the initial 6 months the sucessful associates will be paid a salary of INR 20 K per month (inclusive of benefits) Post successful completion of training the candidate can expect a permanent job offer for salary up to INR 4.2 lacs per annum (inclusive of retiral benefits & performance based incentives) Basis performance during the training period.
